Your account can contain multiple users. You can edit your user account by going to Rep Maintenance/User Accounts. Only Admin users can maintain user accounts. Change phone, fax, password, email and access information here. Users who have member access cannot access any items in the "Rep Maintenance" menu.
You can personalize your account with a picture... It's nice to know who we're talking to ;D
You know also have access to the user's login log to see when the last time a user has logged into the system to do work.
